Is Summit open 24/7?
Yes. Members have secure 24/7 access with their pass — CCTV coverage, duress systems and bright, safe parking. Staffed hours run 5am–8pm weekdays and 7am–2pm weekends, and the recovery sanctuary operates during staffed hours.
What's included in the recovery sanctuary?
Traditional sauna, steam room, magnesium pool
Even better, elevate to our Platinum membership to access the Wellness & Recovery sanctuary — hot and cold plunge pools, hot and cold Cryolounge, hydromassage, Immersive Relax Space experience, or just simply laze on one of the many therapeutic massage chairs and float your way back to your best, whilst your kids are well looked after in our Creche.
Is there child-minding?
Summit Kids Club runs qualified child-minding staff, and timed with our most popular classes, for extra cost or included in our Platinum membership.
Kids Fun Fitness sessions for ages 5–12 run before and after school and on Saturday & Sunday mornings.
What is your class cancellation / no show policy?
Please provide at least 2 hours prior notice if you are unable to attend your booked class.
To ensure fairness for other members:
- $10 late cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 2 hours of your class booking
- $15 no-show fee applies if you do not attend a booked class.
- We will not impose a fee in the event of a genuine illness.
- Please call us as soon as possible.
How do I cancel a booking?
You can cancel a class booking through our Summit Health Club app. Alternatively, please call us during our staffed hours and we can cancel the booking for you.
I'm a complete beginner. Will I fit in?
You're exactly who we built this for. Every new member gets a free onboarding session and program consult, every class has beginner options, and our floor team is there to help — not to hover.
Can I try before I join?
Absolutely. Book a free tour and we'll include a trial session — train the floor, take a class or test the recovery sanctuary before you decide anything.
Is there parking?
Yes — free, well-lit on-site parking at 28 Palm Drive, Deeragun, with easy access off the Bruce Highway for the whole Northern Beaches corridor.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes — accredited coaches offering one-on-one, pairs and small-group coaching, all starting with a free consult and movement assessment. See the Personal Training page for how it works.
What should I bring for the recovery sanctuary?
Swimwear, a towel (or hire one at reception) and thongs. Lockers and premium change rooms with showers are right beside the sanctuary.
Do you have family or corporate memberships?
Yes — family rates and corporate partnerships are available. Call 0422 575 599 or ask on your tour and we'll put together the right structure for you.
